You will have access to your statistician throughout the entire process, but our collaboration will begin by you and your team discussing your project needs and goals, and your analysis plan.
We want to learn all we can about you and your company, and your project goals. You will therefore next be asked to respond to our detailed questionnaire to help us finalize your project goals and to provide us with the important details we need to design a bespoke plan for our collaboration. If we recommend that you need to perform additional data collection before your analysis plan can be undertaken, we can coach your team through this process.
